The applicant is requesting establishment of a 199-foot, monopole, Commercial Communication Facility Type IV which includes a 4-foot lightning rod. The subject property is addressed as 6326 Dutton Road and is further identified as Tax Map Parcel 11-7E. The property lies in the Petsworth Magisterial District and is zoned Rural Countryside (RC-1).
