Mr. Fedors also serves as an Advisory Board Member and the Facility Management Curriculum Chair with the Georgia Tech School of Building Construction in Atlanta, GA, supporting the school’s facility and property management graduate programs.
Mr. Fedors brings more than fifteen years experience in integrated services outsourcing, facilities operations and maintenance, business / product line leadership, client relationship management, and business development to his current role. In his most recent role as Vice President leading AECOM’s Facilities Management division, Mr. Fedors was responsible for managing, growing, and developing the service line both domestically and internationally - empowering teams toward collective success, capturing and converting opportunity into value for the firm’s clients, and ensuring optimal business line performance. Previously, as Senior Vice President / Executive Director with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), he was responsible for the second largest revenue product line P&L in the firm’s Americas Corporate Solutions division, leading a team of over 600 personnel, supporting service delivery for 60+ clients across more than 18,000 locations / 180 million square feet. As the business line’s leader and top executive, he was responsible for setting the product line's mission, vision, business strategy, and core objectives - ultimately delivering outcomes that enhanced value for both his clients and the firm.
Prior to JLL, Mr. Fedors served as Vice President at ABM Facility Services after spending nearly ten years working with EMCOR Facilities Services and Johnson Controls in both operations and solution development capacities, supporting their Integrated Facilities Management divisions.
Education & Affiliations
After graduating from Essex High School in Tappahannock, VA in 1992, Mr. Fedors attained his Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Virginia Tech in 1996. He completed requirements for the Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation through CoreNet Global and earned his Certified Facility Manager (CFM) designation through the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) in 2009, and remains a member of both organizations, as well as the Association for Facilities Engineering (AFE). More recently, Mr. Fedors has joined the International City / County Management Association (ICMA) as an affiliate member, the Virginia Local Government Management Association (VLGMA) as a member, and the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA) as a member at large with section memberships in the Association of Budgeting and Financial Management and Personnel Administration and Labor Relations.
